Attending this Sunday’s annual Glenelm Picnic in the Park? If so, we invite you to step into The Chatterbox on Sunday to share what’s so great about your neighbour, and they could win a prize!
The Chatterbox is a mobile recording space built inside a 1978 Triple E Surfside vintage trailer unique to Manitoba, and its goal is to bring people together through storytelling! Its creator, David Balzer, reached out to ask if Glenelm would like to participate in the storytelling experience inside Chatterbox, by sharing what’s great about our neighbours.
The Chatterbox will be on site at the Picnic in the Park on September 7, and folks will be invited to enter the space and have their story captured.
CBC will also be on site filming a short documentary about the process.
Participation in both the Chatterbox and the CBC documentary is completely optional.
There will be a chance for prizes for those who do wish to join in!
